Working principle
The internal flow grate frame is installed in the center of the grate channel, and the gap between the two sides of the frame and the grate channel is the outlet channel after the grate filter. The diversion baffle is arranged between the two sides of the water facing end of the frame and the channel wall, which can prevent the short sewage flow from directly entering the filter before the filter.
The lower part of the frame is provided with an inlet hole at the water facing end, the opposite side of which is a closed end. The sewage flows into the machine through the inlet hole and flows out through the two sides of the mesh plate, and flows into the back channel of the machine through the two sides of the outlet channel.
The drive motor is installed on the forward output shaft of the frame, and the mesh plate on both sides is driven by the transmission chain to extract the dirt trapped within its length from the bottom up. When it reaches the upper part, the steering function of the sprocket, under the action of the washing water of the overhead washing device, automatically completes the deconfouling work, and the slag water is discharged into the slag collecting tank between the two sides of the mesh plate.
